Adaptive Rowing by The Vernon Rowing and Paddling Centre

The adaptive boats have special fixed seats to allow for individuals to row just using their arms, or by using both their arms and the trunk of their body.

In addition to CRIS weekly programs we offer several adventure trips annually to various remote wilderness destinations. These trips are specifically designed to provide persons with disabilities the opportunity to summit mountain peaks, paddle pristine waterways, travel picturesque back roads and trails all while taking in the fresh air and nature exhilaration of being in the wilderness.

Power to be Adventure Therapy
