Chelsea recently moved back to Vancouver after completing her Master of Health, Community and Development degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her experience in working with youth extends from seven years teaching experience as well as volunteering with youth at Canuck Place Children's Hospice. Chelsea enjoys learning new languages, reading, and exploring new places.

Nate joined the Bridges team in early 2007. Over the years, Nate has developed many connections within the Victoria community as well as an in-depth knowledge of issues facing not only youth, but people of all ages with disabilities. He is currently finishing his marketing degree from Camosun College. Nate swam at the national level and travelled across North America for competitions. Nate loves sports and going to local events.

Kyla joined Bridges Victoria in 2011 and has taken on a role as the Peer Support Group Leader. She completed her BA in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2009 and hopes to pursue her Masters in counselling.

Kyla joins the Bridges team with a huge passion for disability advocacy shown by serving on the University of Victoria's disabled students' association for the past six years.

Kyla is passionate about working with youth with disabilities and is look forward to working with Nate to develop programming that will give youth leadership skills and other opportunities to succeed in post-secondary and employment endeavours.
